  • Video and audio recordings submitted for media training, coaching feedback, or AI-assisted practice sessions

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction logs

  • Location data (approximate, derived from IP address or, with your permission, device GPS)

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account

  • Deliver and improve our media training and coaching services

  • Power AI-assisted practice features (including analysis of submitted video and audio)

  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

  • Analyze usage patterns to improve Platform performance

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Platform. Each has its own privacy policy governing its data practices:

  • Cal.com — session scheduling and booking

  • Anthropic / Claude API — AI-powered coaching and media training features

  • Analytics providers — usage and performance tracking

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

5. Video and Audio Data

Video and audio recordings you submit are used solely to provide coaching feedback and AI training analysis. Recordings may be reviewed by human coaches or processed by AI models. We retain recordings only as long as necessary to deliver the service or as required by law. You may request deletion of your recordings at any time (see Section 9).

6. Location Data

We collect approximate location data to personalize your experience and connect you with relevant coaches or programs. If you grant permission for precise GPS location, this data is used only for features you actively enable and is not shared with third parties for advertising.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Some data may be retained for legal, compliance, or fraud-prevention purposes even after account deletion.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
